Learn about what to expect when you arrive for one of our Pilates classes.
What to wear?

Please wear breathable clothing that allows you to be comfortable and move freely. Clients can wear grip socks or go barefooted during class.

What to do in preparation for my first class?

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to class.  This will allow time to meet the instructor, sign your liability waiver if needed, and gain familiarity with the studio.

What classes do you provide?

We offer a wide variety of classes catering to all fitness levels. Please see the “Class Descriptions” tab for further information.

How long are the classes?

Classes are 50 minutes long.

How do I book?

You can easily book under the “Schedule” tab. Once you have created an account through our site, you can also book through the Momence app. You can download the app through your app store and our studio will appear allowing you the ability to book through the app.

What is your waitlist policy?

In case a spot becomes available up to two hours before the class, you’ll be automatically enrolled in that class, and a confirmation email will be sent to you as a reminder or to cancel if necessary. 

However, please note that our 8-hour cancellation policy still applies to the waitlist. If you’re aware that you won’t be able to attend, kindly remove yourself from the list before 8 hours of the class start time to avoid losing credit for your booking.

What is your cancellation policy?

We have an 8-hour cancellation policy. For cancellations less than 8 hours prior to the start of your class, you will lose credit for that booking.

Where do I park?

Parking is available on Main Street in front of our building.  Look for the “a” on the window.  The studio is located directly across from Liberty Barbecue.  There is also a free parking lot behind the building at the cross streets of: North Lampasas Street and East Liberty Street.
